I will now share with you a brief history of my life experience so far:
 
I was born in 1968 in Staffordshire in England; I was the first child of a family of 4 children. I have 2 brothers and one sister. My parents were hard working but never well off and despite hard times they always did their best for us. As the oldest child I always tried my best to set a good example, which was until I left school at 16 years old with no qualifications. I was hoping to be a professional footballer or snooker player and this didn’t work out for me, but at that age I guess I thought that I knew best.

Since I left school I have always been in work and I ended up working in dead end jobs. These were low paid jobs that had no prospects to earn a substantial income.

In 1990 I left this type of work to try my hand in a large organisation and since then I have worked my way up to become part of a senior management team. To put this in context I was one of 26 people who sat on a senior team in an organisation that employs over 10,000 staff and has an annual budget spend of over £500 million.

I personally managed approximately 200 staff and had an annual budget of £5 million, but as I have already mentioned I recently gave up my position in the organisation to concentrate on enjoying a wonderful new lifestyle where I am my own boss, I work part time on this business when I want to and have no alarm clock to wake me up to in a morning. I have also had a number of major successes that have been recognised nationally and I have been a key note speaker at conferences. I also have my own consultancy firm and have designed and delivered training to audiences across the UK.

I now want to share the secrets of my success with YOU to help YOU to be successful.

My success has not been built on qualifications because I left school without any; I believe that my success has been built of having a positive mental attitude and a real desire, belief and expectation to face up to any challenges and a desire to be successful in everything that I do.

also made a significant impression on me as it confirmed that what I had learned and applied was helping the law of attraction to bring me the success that I desired.

Oh and I must mention another inspirational film and that is, It’s a Wonderful Life with James Stewart, if you do nothing else today have a look back at your life so far and make a note of how many times you have influenced people in a positive way, hopefully you will be surprised. And if there are not too many then make a decision to take control of your life today and to make a positive difference to the people that you meet.

In 1999 I experienced the greatest moment of my life when my beautiful daughter Alexandra was born.

In May of 1997 however I experienced one of the worst moments of my life when I received a telephone call from my parents saying that my younger 18 year old brother Stephen had collapsed from a condition called Wolf Parkinson White Syndrome.

The condition effects the electrical impulses in the brain that control the heart, if any physicians read this and it is not 100% accurate then I apologise but these memories are very traumatic for me to write down.

At the time of the incident my brother had spent the previous 3 years working out at the local gym, the week before he collapsed he had received confirmation that all of his hard work had paid off as he had been accepted into the Royal Marines. 12 years on my brother is still alive and lives in a nursing home, he suffered oxygen starvation at the time of his collapse and is currently in a permanent vegetative state.

My mother and father for the last 12 years have been by his bedside and nursed him in the hope of a miracle, this has not happened yet but with improving medical technology and advancements with stem cell research we are not giving up.

The reason that I mention this is that I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and when faced with my toughest challenges I only have to think about my brother being in a nursing home and my parents caring for him in the hope that one day he will get better.

This puts things into perspective for me and I’m convinced that is why I am able to live my life confident of success and not afraid of failure. My brother wasn’t allowed to live a long abundant life and depending on what you believe you may only get one chance at life.

So I have decided to make the most of the wonderful opportunity that life has to offer for myself and to make a positive difference to as many people as I possibly can.
